We prefer to meet you in person and understand your interests and career aspirations. In return, we will give you a pulse on the job market overall, and what you can expect based on your qualifications. We will give you an overview of our clients, and if you are ready, we will discuss positions that are appropriate for your background.
If you would like to begin the interview process, we can present specific client opportunities to you. Confidentiality and ethics are as important to us as they are to you, therefore, we will not submit your resume to any of our clients without your express permission.

We will thoroughly prepare you for all interviews with our clients. You will not only know the job specifications, but you will be advised on the interview process, the personalities of the individuals you will be meeting with, and their corporate culture.
After your interviews, you will always get constructive feedback from us. We will continue to stay in touch with you throughout the process, and we will return your phone calls in a timely manner. We will keep in contact with you until you have secured another position, or you have decided to put your search on hold. Our goal is to develop a long term relationship with you, whether we are directly responsible for finding you a position or not.
